This project involved the full conversion of a former garage in Burton Leonard, near Ripon, into a bright, functional living space. What was once a cold, underused outbuilding is now a beautifully finished, self-contained area complete with a kitchen, bathroom, and staircase to a new upper-level bedroom.

We carried out a full internal renovation, including structural alterations, insulation, plumbing and electrical work, plastering, and bespoke joinery. New handcrafted doors and windows were installed to match the character of the original brickwork, blending the new with the old seamlessly.

This garage conversion has added significant usable space and value to the property — perfect as a guest suite, annexe, or home office — all finished to a high standard with a focus on comfort and practicality.
