Commercial Renovation – Boroughbridge Dental Centre
This commercial renovation at Boroughbridge Dental Centre supported the expansion of the practice with the addition of two new dental suites and a multi-functional staff room. The staff area now includes a fully equipped kitchen and can also serve as a training space with integrated media capabilities.
A new open-plan reception and enlarged waiting area create a more welcoming environment, ready to accommodate increased footfall as the practice grows.
Accessibility was a key focus. A cantilevered structure now provides two sheltered disabled parking bays next to a new access ramp and wide automatic door, offering smooth, threshold-free entry for wheelchair users and pushchairs.
The side extension features a steel and timber frame, clad in sleek standing seam aluminium. In contrast, the front extension is block-built and finished in western red cedar cladding, secretly nailed for a clean, seamless appearance.
We also resurfaced the car park to remove potholes, improve access, and installed a new roadside fence to complete the upgrade.
