This new build bungalow in Bedale, near Ripon, involved the complete redevelopment of a dated rural property. The original bungalow was demolished and replaced with a brand-new home, built from the ground up while retaining the original footprint of the building.
The aim of the project was to create a modern, energy-efficient bungalow with an improved layout, updated external appearance and practical features suited to contemporary living.
Working closely with the client, we delivered a full new build solution from initial groundwork through to final completion.
Work Carried Out
The new build bungalow in Bedale required full groundwork and construction works, starting with new foundations and structural elements to support the rebuilt property.
A complete roof structure was installed, alongside a reconfigured internal layout designed to maximise space, light and usability. External walls were upgraded and finished with a clean, modern render to give the bungalow a fresh appearance.
External Features & Finishing
As part of the redevelopment, a new garage was constructed to provide additional storage and parking. Updated doors and windows were installed throughout, improving energy efficiency while enhancing the overall look of the property.
